Isaac Murdoch is an esteemed story teller and artist from Serpent River First Nation. It was an incredible honour to have him visit our school and paint a mural with the students. In the following clip, Isaac takes a 20 minute break from painting to speak with students and to explain the significance of the mural’s thunderbird imagery. Documented by Hafeeza Patel.
